Her in-depth knowledge of SSA and VA regulations, combined with her commitment to justice, has helped countless clients secure the benefits they deserve.
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Texas Woman’s University. She is an accredited disability representative and able to practice nationwide before SSA and the VA.
She is also an active member of professional organizations, including the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates (NOVA), and the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR).

Before joining Disability Benefits, Sarah owned an award-winning Allstate agency, scaled multiple businesses, and co-founded a clothing brand that gained international recognition. She has also consulted for private equity firms and fast-growing companies on systems design, vendor strategy, and financial optimization. A Rice MBA graduate, Sarah is passionate about mission-driven leadership and building systems that empower people and scale impact.
John possesses 25+ years of leadership experience across global military, construction, and assets management environments. Having earned a reputation as a turnaround artist, John previously utilized the tangible and intangible skillsets to dissect, diagnose, prognose, synchronize, and lead under performing companies to exceed shareholder financial and operational expectations.
With a proven track record of leading operations of up to $1B in revenue and 4.5K employees, John knows how to identify, capture, and scale value. Having worked in seven foreign countries across Europe, Asia, and Africa, John excels at creating synergy and alignment across diverse teams in challenging locations.
