Sarah L. Overton is a dedicated advocate and accomplished business leader with nearly two decades of experience serving individuals navigating the Social Security Administration (SSA) and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) claims processes. As Vice President and Senior Disability Representative at Disability Benefits of America, LLC, she has provided expert representation since 2007, preparing detailed case files and hearing briefs for Administrative Law Judges, as well as delivering compelling oral arguments in court. Her in-depth knowledge of SSA and VA regulations, combined with her commitment to justice, has helped countless clients secure the benefits they deserve.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Texas Woman’s University. She is an accredited disability representative and able to practice nationwide before SSA and the VA.

She is also an active member of professional organizations, including the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR), the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates (NOVA), and the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR).

Passionate about advocacy and leadership, Sarah continues to empower individuals and organizations with her expertise, integrity, and unwavering commitment to service.

Danielle Harris

Danielle Harris has dedicated her career to advocating for individuals seeking the disability benefits they deserve. Since 2010, she has practiced in both Social Security Disability Law and Veterans’ Disability Law, representing clients nationwide at the Administrative level and before the Board of Veterans’ Appeals. As Vice President and Senior Disability Representative at Disability Benefits of America, she plays a leadership role in guiding clients through some of the most complex and challenging times of their lives. She provides comprehensive representation for disability claimants across the United States, ensuring that every detail is handled with care and precision. Her in-depth knowledge of disability law, combined with her hands-on approach, allows her to build persuasive cases that have led to thousands of successful outcomes for individuals and their families.

Her passion for advocacy is matched by her professional affiliations. Danielle is a proud and longstanding member of the National Association of Disability Representatives (NADR) and the National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates (NOVA), organizations dedicated to advancing the rights and resources available to disabled individuals and veterans.
